You can sum up Jessica in two words: "Singing" & "Movies". Those are her two passions. Try as I might to interest her in reading, she just really prefers to watch The Scorpion King or Underworld.
Jess is one of the sweetest kids I know. We argue a lot, but what mom/daughter mix doesn't? I'm sure she refers to me as Nazi-Mom behind my back, but you know that old saying about 'potential'... I push for a reason. She's got the ability, now if only we can find her willpower :)
Jessica recently placed first place in a History Fair on her MLK, JR project. That's one killer blue ribbon!!!
