I work for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee as the "InterPlan Quality & Education Analyst ". What does all of that mean?! A LOT. I do things like writing articles regarding our division, train and 'communicate' with corporate employees of all levels, educate the provider (re: doctors/hospitals/etc) base on certain things, as well as giving tours and group (re: current and potential customers) educational/relational events. Quite a mouthfull, eh?

I published my first book, which I really don't recommend, in 2003 and my second book (marginally better) in 2005. I've got a few in the works right now, but I'm a tad busy to actually get anything accomplished. My writing 'heros' are Stephen King, JK Rowling, Dan Brown, and a few others.

The love of my life is my husband, Marc. I can honestly say that I've never been so completely captured by a man. Ever. Never-ever. I love him more than he'll ever probably realize. My kids are awesome too - even if they are as different as night and day. My parents effectively cursed me with the phrase "I hope you have two just like you". Cody is like me in his stubborness and his intellect. Jessica is like me in her kind-hearted nature and her looks. They've been my constant through the years and they deserve props that I'm normally incapable of articulating.

My biggest influences have been my family, my husband (even if I learned some hard lessons from the 'ex' gallery), my kids, and Roland. If I had to expose a 'role model' it would likely be Einstein, even if he was a little 'off in the head'. I think the greatest accomplishment of mankind is the written word or, since then, the HUBBLE telescope.

My hobbies in life consist of hockey (duh), reading (we've covered that), my dog (awe), and computers (obviously). I have the fortune to say that I'm proud of where I am in life, currently, and I see nothing but blue skies ahead of me.
